Welcome to Ark Mercury, operated by Toprak Enterprise Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless stated otherwise.
• We work to describe products, sizes, and scent notes accurately; minor variations in packaging may occur.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping and offer a correction or a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order confirmation email means we received your order; it is not acceptance until the order ships.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• We may cancel an order for suspected fraud, an out-of-stock item, or a pricing error, with a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Shipping

• Orders ship within Canada and to the United States. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• Canada: $9.99 CAD flat shipping, free on orders over $75 CAD. United States: $19.99 CAD flat shipping, free on orders over $150 CAD — as shown on the site at checkout.
• US orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable on delivery.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Use of the Site

• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• All content on this site — text, images, logos, and branding — belongs to Toprak Enterprise Inc. or its suppliers and may not be reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
